The outer and inner layers are made from anti-allergic skin-friendly cotton. The core filtration layers are 2 layers non-woven filtering cotton cloth with our patented invention: AOP-KF® Solid Alkali and PFE 99% melt-blown fabric. AOP-KF® Mask not only filters out tiny viruses as small as 0.1µ (including new coronavirus) and super fine PM0.1 particles, but it also performs sterilization continuously. Upon opening of the mask package and during the 7-day validity period, AOP-KF® Solid Alkali can eliminate odors left on the mask, kill bacteria and viruses, and may be reused without washing. (If tearing or contamination is found, stop using the mask.)
This is made of polypropylene and is used as the outer layer of the mask to filter larger particles and to provide water resistance. This material is highly repellent to water and act as a waterproof surface for the mask.
Compared to filtration materials used in similar products, our non-woven filtration cotton has higher stability, more dust isolation capacity, strong resistance against humidity and moisture, and better overall durability. As the second filtration layer of the mask, it performs effectively in situations where cleaner air and heightened pollutant filtration are required.
In addition to the filtration layer, AOP-KF® Mask utilizes our USA patented invention AOP-KF® Solid Alkali, which continuously releases a low level of chlorine dioxide (CIO₂) and hydroxyl radicals (•OH) into the air to rapidly eliminate pathogenic micro-organisms (viruses, bacteria and fungus).

The core filtration layer of the mask has a unique micro structure formed by ultra-fine fibers, with a large number of fibers providing a vast combined surface area. With this unique structure, the filtration layer provides excellent pollutant filtration, shielding, heat insulation as well as oil absorption. It can effectively isolate 99% viruses 0.1µm or bigger in diameter (including the new coronavirus) and ultra-fine PM0.1 dust. particles.
The skin-friendly cotton layer is made by continuous spraying the cotton material with water at high pressure so an entangled web-fabric is formed. This cotton fabric provides filtration of larger particles. During production, the cotton is not pressed by a roller so the finished fabric remains soft and smooth. This fabric is used as the surface layers of the mask to provide protection of skin.
